Please note the following; Completion of this application will place a temporary sale on the requested site pending payment of the 1st Instalment/Deposit invoice. Should the 1st Instalment/Deposit invoice be unpaid by the due date, then the application will be voided and the site placed back on the open market.

Your first instalment of 50% is payable within 7 days of GTR Events receiving the Exhibitors application. If the Exhibitor fails to pay the 1st Instalment within the time stipulated, GTR Events withholds the rights to place the site back on the market.

If a site number is not specified, the exhibition team will place the contracted exhibitor in a location chosen by GTR Events

PAYMENT TERMS
Upon confirmation of costs by the Commercial Team, you will be invoiced on the following schedule:

INSTALMENT	PERCENTAGE OF COSTS	DATE DUE
1st Instalment	25%	10 days after return of contract
2nd Instalment	75%	5th December 2023
