Some of Australia’s best camping destinations are well away from the nearest powered site. Getting there shouldn’t mean giving up the comforts of home.
That’s exactly what MDC Campers and Caravans had in mind when developing the all-new MK4 48V off-road caravan range, bringing together serious off-grid capability, premium comfort and exceptional value in one complete package.
At the heart of every MK4 is the Projecta Intelli-Grid 48V Power System, engineered into the caravan from the ground up. With 10.8kWh of lithium battery storage, a 4000W inverter, 700W to 1400W of rooftop solar and intelligent touchscreen control, the MK4 gives you the confidence to explore further and enjoy longer stays off-grid.
One of the biggest advantages is the Dometic 48V air conditioner, which operates directly from the battery system without relying on the inverter. Whether you’re escaping the summer heat or settling in after a big day exploring, staying comfortable no longer has to depend on finding a powered campsite.
The improvements extend well beyond the electrical system. Step inside to discover beautifully refreshed interiors featuring outback slate cabinetry, oak benchtops, premium leatherette upholstery and ambient LED lighting. A Dometic induction cooktop and NCE 4-in-1 air fryer, oven, grill and microwave make preparing meals on the road easier than ever.
What makes the MK4 particularly impressive is how much comes standard. The integrated 48V power system, air conditioning, premium appliances, Truma instant hot water, diesel heating and serious off-road equipment are all included, without the need for expensive upgrade packages.
With eight models to choose from, including compact 14ft couples’ caravans, family-friendly pop-tops and spacious rear-door 19ft layouts, there’s an MK4 to suit different travelling styles.
Backed by 20 years of MDC experience, an ISO 9001 certified quality management system, RVMAP accreditation and a lifetime chassis and drawbar warranty, the MK4 range offers more than impressive specifications. It offers the confidence of choosing an established Australian caravan brand.
The MK4 range delivers exceptional off-grid capability and an extensive list of standard inclusions. Visit MDC Campers and Caravans at Site 50 during the Lake Macquarie Outdoor Living & Caravan Expo. Step inside, compare the models and discover just how much caravan your money can buy.
